Alonso says engine penalty in fourth race "incredible"

Fernando Alonso believes it is "incredible" that Formula 1 teammate Stoffel Vandoorne is already having to serve penalties following another Honda engine problem in Russia. Vandoorne, whose start of the season has been plagued by reliability issues, is the first driver who will have to serve an engine-related penalty this year after suffering another problem in second practice on Friday. The McLaren driver will need his fifth MGU-H and fifth turbocharger of 2017, meaning he will drop 15 places on the grid in Sunday's race.
