Vettel admits responsibility, no further action
– Sebastian Vettel has admitted full responsibility for his controversial clash with Lewis Hamilton at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, with the FIA subsequently deciding to take no further action by closing the case.As the field prepared for a restart at Baku, Vettel hit the rear of Hamilton exiting Turn 15, before gesticulating, moving level, and making side-on-side contact.Vettel was issued with a 10-second stop/go penalty for his actions, before placing fourth, but the FIA held a meeting on Monday to "further examine" the incident."While respecting the stewards' decision, the FIA remained deeply concerned by the wider implications of the incident, firstly through the...
