Mercedes confirms Tommy Hilfiger sponsorship deal

Mercedes has secured a sponsorship deal with designer brand Tommy Hilfiger in a multi-year partnership which sees it become the team’s official apparel partner after Hugo Boss switch to Formula E last year. The reigning Formula 1 world champions lost high-profile sponsor Hugo Boss at the end of 2017 after it announced a move to Formula E but the German manufacturer has lined up a replacement in Tommy Hilfiger, owned by PVH Corp, who will have its branding on its 2018 F1 car as well as team kit and clothing.
