Grosjean 'very pleased' with Haas' practice pace

Australian Grand Prix – Haas were able to stake an early claim on the title ‘best of the rest' after finishing Friday practice with both cars inside the top ten. The American outfit were labelled as one of the surprise packages of preseason testing after setting competitive lap times on harder tyre compounds, and now the team are tipped to be leading the midfield after the race in Melbourne following their impressive practice pace. Romain Grosjean finished the second free practice in sixth place and was the only ‘midfield' runner to be within one second of Lewis Hamilton's benchmark.
