No action taken over Alonso/Magnussen clash in FP1

Race stewards have decided to take no further action over an ill-tempered clash between Fernando Alonso and Kevin Magnussen during Friday morning's free practice. Alonso had complained of Magnussen trying to hit him during FP1 as they tried to find clear running space. The Dane had appeared to squeeze Alonso heading into Brooklands. The race stewards earmarked the incident for review after the end of the session. Both drivers were required to visit the stewards office to give an account of their actions. However once they completed their analysis, the stewards announced that they saw no reason to take any further action against either driver. Hamilton and Mercedes lay down a marker in FP1...
