FIA concerned about the safety of mirrors
The FIA have called teams to a meeting to talk about ways to increase the visibility for the drivers. There's been controversy about mirrors this season already in Formula One. Ferrari's aerodynamic Halo-mounted mirrors had to be tweaked in order to be legal. The aero rules and the way teams run their cars with high rake have had a negative effect on the visibility and the FIA have now called a meeting to try and solve this problem. The FIA's original plan was to use their own alterations and enforce the new rules surrounding the mirrors and they would have been in place for the Singapore Grand Prix.
