Ricciardo wins Driver of the Day in Japan!
Red Bull's Daniel Ricciardo has been voted as the Driver of the Day in Japan, as the Aussie climbed back to P4 after starting from P15 with an engine failure in qualifying on Saturday. Ricciardo needed a little bit of luck after all of the bad luck he'd been getting over the last races, as he couldn't seem to catch a break. Him finally having a good race might have given the voters some empathy, rather than voting for the unbelievably clinical Lewis Hamilton for example. Still, a well-deserved award for Dani Ric, who secured the third consecutive Driver of the Day award in a row for Red Bull as Max Verstappen secured the previous two in Russia and Singapore.
