Ricciardo Snatches Mexico Pole Away From Red Bull Team-mate Verstappen

Daniel Ricciardo snatched pole from Aston Martin Red Bull Racing team-mate Max Verstappen as the team locked out the front row for the Mexican Grand Prix. Verstappen had been on course to break the record for youngest pole sitter in Formula 1 history until Ricciardo pulled out a monster final lap to snatch his third pole position in his career – it is the first time in the turbo era that Red Bull have locked out the front row of the grid. Lewis Hamilton will start third ahead of title rival Sebastian Vettel who will line-up alongside him on the second row of the grid at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez.
