Horner pessimistic: "Rule changes won't change much"

Red Bull Racing's team principal Christian Horner has said that the new front wings that are being introduced in 2019 won't make much of a difference, as the Brit thinks it will only make the gap bigger. After years of developing the most complex, downforce-generating front wings, the FIA have now opted to make the front wings a lot more simple, with the goal to produce 'cleaner air' behind the cars, making it more advantageous to be in someone's slipstream.
