Zandvoort only "suitable" option to bring back Dutch GP
Formula 1 has considered Assen as not a "suitable" option for the return of the Dutch Grand Prix and now Zandvoort stands as the only option for the potential race in Holland. Zandvoort and Assen have both been campaigning for a potential race in 2020, and the former secured an agreement with F1 to keep it exclusive until the end of this month. Assen hosts the MotoGP and DTM this season has now been considered as a back-up if Zandvoort fails with its funding for the grand prix.
