Kvyat "totally disagrees" with penalty for lap one incident

Toro Rosso's Daniil Kvyat "totally disagrees" with the drive-through penalty he was handed during the Chinese Grand Prix, as the Russian got handed a drive-through penalty for a collision with both McLaren cars in the very first lap of the 1000th Formula 1 race. In 2016 at the Chinese Grand Prix, Kvyat earned his notorious 'torpedo' nickname after sending his Red Bull down Sebastian Vettel's inside on the first lap. This year, he was on the inside of both Carlos Sainz and Lando Norris, when he made contact with both cars and ending their hopes of scoring points during the race.
