Sainz hints at move away from F1 if McLaren doesn't improve
Carlos Sainz has hinted at his future beyond Formula 1 if McLaren's level of performance doesn't improve soon. The Spaniard joined the British team alongside Lando Norris for the 2019 season having jumped ship from Red Bull's junior driver programme and a stint with Renault. Now, Sainz says he is content to race with the midfield team however could not see it as a "sustainable" level should it continue for much longer, adding that other avenues could be more tempting to him rather than racing minor points positions. “You see fellow drivers like Marcus [Ericsson] going to different series and immediately being on the pace and potentially winning races or being on the...
