Vettel reacts to FIA: Let us do what we want

Sebastian Vettel took aim at modern Formula 1 circuits and an over-regulation of racing after Ferrari's right to review his Canadian Grand Prix penalty was rejected, even light-heartedly saying that the only way to solve his frustrations may be to quit F1.
