Vettel: Ferrari need to leave appeal behind

Sebastian Vettel has admitted he was hoping the Ferrari team could show the stewards new evidence but is set to leave the whole Canada saga in the past, as the French Grand Prix edges nearer. Ferrari's appeal against the five-second penalty at the Canadian Grand Prix was rejected by the stewards, who gathered at the Paul Ricard circuit almost two weeks after the incident itself. Their appeal included the analysis of Karun Chandhok from Sky Sports, but the stewards stuck by their decision for the incident which saw Vettel run off the track and almost forcing Hamilton into the wall. Matti Binotto had earlier expressed his dissatisfaction and Vettel admitted his frustration at the decision...
