Rich Energy cancel Haas deal, cite ‘poor performances'
Rich Energy, Haas' controversial title sponsor, has terminated their contract with the Formula 1 team, citing 'poor performance'. Haas and Rich Energy joined forces at the start of this season with the team unveiling a black-and-gold liveried VF19. The partnership, though, has been anything but successful. While Haas have struggled out on track, Rich Energy have spent their days in the court rooms arguing against a copyright claim over the stag logo. The team lost the case and had to remove the stag while further court hearings will be set out to decide the full costs of the copyright. But whether that has any role to play in Rich Energy shocks announcement, Haas no longer have a title...
