German Grand Prix: Starting grid with penalties applied

Pole position for the German Grand Prix fell into Lewis Hamilton's lap as Ferrari fell apart at Hockenheim, Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc facing races back through the field. Sebastian Vettel will start last after failing to set a time at all, while Leclerc could not run in Q3 and will have to make up places of his own, having started Saturday as favourite for pole.
