Ricciardo upset at missing out on German GP fun

Daniel Ricciardo admits he was frustrated to miss out on the “fun” at the German Grand Prix at the weekend, as he was forced to retire halfway through due to an exhaust failure. The race at Hockenheim was hugely entertaining for the fans, and drivers too, as the rainfall made the track slick and difficult to negotiate for the competitors. No less than seven drivers, including the Australian, were forced to retire, while a significant portion of the grid slammed or nearly slammed into the barriers due to the ‘drag’ track to the left of the final turn.
