Verstappen's future unclear amid 2021 change
Max Verstappen's manager says the Red Bull's future moves remain shrouded in doubt thanks to Formula 1's impending regulation revamp. Like many drivers, including the likes of Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel, Verstappen's deal expires at the end of 2020, raising hopes of a blockbuster driver market next season. Article continues under video Mercedes have twice previously made attempts to sign Verstappen and his father, former F1 racer Jos, has claimed that Red Bull's ability to deliver a title-winning car could well decide the 22-year-old's next move.
