More coronavirus concerns as Vietnam restricts travel
F1 is pressing ahead with the Australian GP but questions remain about the Vietnam race with the country implementing travel restrictions for anyone arriving from Italy. Earlier this week the Australian GP race organisers insisted that the Melbourne event will go ahead as planned. This, however, is causing a few headaches for some teams as people coming from Italy can no longer fly via Singapore into Australia, which is the usual route. Now Vietnam has added restrictions of its own. 'All travellers entering Vietnam from China, South Korea, Italy, and Iran must carry out medical declarations and 14-day medical quarantine before entering the country,' read a statement.
