Liberty Media warned: 'Chances are Williams and Racing Point go bankrupt'
David Richards hopes that Liberty Media will continue to closely monitor the financial situation of the Formula 1 teams. According to the chairman of the Motorsport UK, it could well be that Williams and Racing Point will be in serious trouble. “A lot will depend on the way Formula One behaves throughout this", Richards tells PA News Agency. The former team boss of among others BAR believes that Liberty Media as owner should lend a helping hand to the teams. “F1 cannot afford to lose teams at the back of the grid because that would be a disaster for them."
