‘F1 shouldn't be happening, or any motorsport'
Lewis Hamilton's father Anthony believes there should be no F1 or any motorsport until the pandemic is over. The 2020 season will start in Austria from July 3-5, and seven subsequent rounds have now been announced to take the campaign into September at the earliest. But Hamilton believes it's wrong to go racing until the number of COVID-19 cases is down to zero. 'We should have the patience and respect to say let's wait till the number of new coronavirus cases is down to zero so the key workers can go home, relax and they too can enjoy watching sport,' Hamilton told ITV News.
