Pirelli announce softer tyres for Silverstone race two
Pirelli has announced the tyre compounds that will be available to Formula 1 teams for the first eight races of the 2020 season. For the two races in Austria at the Red Bull Ring, Pirelli will once again utilise the C2, C3 and C4 tyre compounds - C1 being the hardest tyre in the range and C5 the softest. Article continues under video The pattern of running the same compounds as 2019 continues throughout, with C2, C3 and C4 also being used in Hungary and Italy, while the C1, C2 and C3 will feature in Spain and Great Britain.
