Perez being investigated for impeding Grosjean; possible windfall Verstappen
After the third free practice for the Belgian Grand Prix, Sergio Perez was called to the FIA's race management. He is said to have stopped Romain Grosjean twice when he was in a fast lap. In the last phase of VT3 it was very busy on the track, as everyone tried to find a hole for a fast lap. Grosjean found that Perez got in his way. First he ran into him just before the chicane and the second time halfway his fast lap.
