'Red Bull to take about 50 engineers from Mercedes'
Red Bull Racing is striking a big blow in the market. Around 50 new engineers are said to be coming over from Mercedes and a total of 300 to 350 new employees will be recruited for the Red Bull Powertrains project. From Mercedes to Red Bull For the new engine program, Red Bull is looking hard for new employees. By 2022, the team's new factory should be ready and from 2025, it will start building its own engines in Milton Keynes. Auto, Motor und Sport says that the recruitment of the team is going well. Many employees will be taken over from Honda, but a lot of engineers will be recruited from Mercedes as well. Six names have already been announced. According to Horner there will be a total...
