Mercedes wanted to expose "weaknesses in system" after Hamilton disqualification - Wolff

Toto Wolff has indicated Mercedes wanted to appeal against Lewis Hamilton's disqualification from São Paulo Grand Prix qualifying in order to show "the weaknesses of the system".
