Aston Martin confirm Szafnauer has left the team
Article To news overview Aston Martin have announced that Team Principal Otmar Szafnauer has left the team. A statement released by the British outfit confirms that Szafnauer will no longer continue in the role following 12 years with the company. His replacement has not yet been revealed. "Otmar Szafnauer has left the company and his role at Aston Martin Cognizant Formula 1 Team will be managed within the leadership team until a replacement is appointed," the press release reads.
