Williams receives criticism over tactic for reducing weight

Formula 1 teams have quite a challenge ahead of them this season with the new regulations to optimize the car's performance. One way Williams is trying to get the car faster is by scraping some paint off the car, which makes Jim Wright skeptical. He writes that for The Race.
