Update | Zhou is conscious and in medical centre after big crash
The British Grand Prix started with chaos. Max Verstappen immediately took the lead from Carlos Sainz, but further back things went wrong. Guanyu Zhou went upside down across the gravel trap and into the barrier. Article continues under ad Big crash for Zhou George Russell, Esteban Ocon, Pierre Gasly and Guanyu Zhou were all involved in a violent crash. Zhou's Alfa Romeo flew upside down off the track. For Russell and Zhou the crash means the end of the race, while Ocon and Gasly can still head for the pitlane.
