Sunday, 27 July 2014Ferrari have confirmed that Fernando Alonso will leave the team at the end of the 2014 Formula One campaign. In a statement, the team said that the relationship ended "by common consent". The announcement means this weekend's race in Abu Dhabi will formally bring to a close Alonso's five-year spell with the Scuderia, which has yielded 11 wins and 44 podiums, though no championship success
