Alonso targets race finish after Q1 exit

– McLaren's Fernando Alonso says his main priority is to finish the Chinese Grand Prix after both he and team-mate Jenson Button were again eliminated in the first qualifying session.McLaren was only quicker than Manor Marussia as Button edged out Alonso by 0.004s to claim 17th position on the grid, with the Woking-based squad knocked out of the first session for the third successive race.However, Alonso is sure that McLaren is making progress but has prioritised getting to the finish of Sunday's 56-lap race."We were two tenths away from the mid-pack – and close to getting into Q2 – today," said Alonso."We're getting there, and this is another step forward, but...
