Renault warns Bahrain fixes only temporary

Renault Sport Power unit supplier Renault has warned that its fixes for this weekend's Bahrain Grand Prix are merely temporary as it attempts to recover from a difficult start to 2015. Both Daniil Kvyat and Max Verstappen retired from the Chinese Grand Prix due to Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) failures, adding more pressure to Renault after problems in the first two races. But the short turn around time between races in China and Bahrain means that the French company has only been able to apply temporary solutions ahead of this weekend's round in the desert.
