Smedley explains Williams F1 team orders

Williams Head of Performance Engineering Rob Smedley explains the team's orders for their drivers to hold station ahead of the Mercedes pair at the start of the British Grand Prix. Felipe Massa made an impressive start to take the lead in to Turn 1, and his teammate Bottas appeared faster than him, when run on second position after overtaking Lewis Hamilton at the restart following a short safety car period. And Bottas appeared ready to overtake Massa; however, Williams asked him not to.
