McLaren happy with Honda's development direction

McLaren are reportedly happy with Honda's development direction following the introduction of the Japanese manufacturer's latest engine specification in Russia. Honda used its final four development tokens to introduce an upgraded internal conbustion engine (ICE) for the race, which whilst only used during practice, offered a good step forward according to the team. Honda's chief of motorsport Yasuhisa Arai says they will now gather more data over the final four races where they hope to make further progress.
