Maurizio Arrivabene praises Raikkonen for fighting spirit

United States Grand Prix – Ferrari team boss Maurizio Arrivabene praised Kimi Raikkonen for fighting hard to stay in the race after an error buried the Finn's car in the barriers.Raikkonen slid off the track after the change from intermediate to slick tyres, burying the nose of his car in advertising hoarding on the outside of the tyre barriers. Despite being blocked in, Raikkonen used a sawing motion on the steering wheel and a lot of throttle to free his car and get back on track. Pitting for a new nose and fresh tyres, Raikkonen had to retire shortly after due to damage to his right front brake duct.
