Kimi Raikkonen: “We could have been closer”

Kimi Raikkonen secured only his third podium finish of the 2015 Formula 1 season in the season-ending Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, with the Finn admitting he was pleased to have a problem-free weekend in the desert. The Scuderia Ferrari driver drove a strong race, finishing where he had started on the grid, but was slightly disappointed not to have been in a position to pose a challenge to Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton ahead of him. “It has been a nice and clean weekend, the car was handling well and we had no issues,” said Raikkonen. “In the race I was pretty happy with the speed and everything ran smoothly. “We only had a small delay in the pit stops, which dropped us off a bit and we...
