Button: Formula 1 should be 10-second leap
– McLaren-Honda driver Jenson Button says he wants Formula 1 to introduce rule changes that would put it around 10 seconds ahead of the nearest category below it.Formula 1 is currently assessing a major rules shake-up for the 2017 campaign, with plans to "create more exciting cars" through additional downforce and bigger tyres.Asked by Sky Sports what direction he would like to see the sport going in, Button said: "I would love more noise, but real noise. I loved the V10s and the V8s – V6s, not so much."I'd also like to see more mechanical grip from the tyres.
