Haas signs Ferrucci in development role

– Haas has signed young American racer Santino Ferrucci as a development driver for 2016.Ferrucci, who has spent the past two seasons racing in the European Formula 3 Championship, will travel to Grands Prix and tests with Haas, and is also set to conduct simulator mileage for the outfit.Ferrucci, 17, will race in the GP3 Series with DAMS alongside his Formula 1 duties."My goal since I first started racing was to become a Formula 1 driver, and to be an American who is part of an American team is something I take a tremendous amount of pride in," said Ferrucci."There is still a lot of work I need to do, but being paired with Haas will allow me to learn more and at a...
