Daniil Kvyat: “I am very pleased with today”

Daniil Kvyat made amends for his disappointing qualifying performance on Saturday with a strong drive during the Bahrain Grand Prix on Sunday, moving up to seventh place by the chequered flag. The Red Bull Racing driver was out of position down in fifteenth on the grid for the race in the desert, but made some good overtaking manoeuvres during the 57-lap race, with the Russian passing Felipe Massa for seventh on the final lap of the race.
