Hamilton: 'We're looking strong here'
Russian Grand Prix – Lewis Hamilton says he feels Mercedes are in a strong position after an encouraging day of free practice. Hamilton finished the day as the quickest man on Friday, finishing out FP2 with a 1:37.583 after 30 laps. In FP1, he put in 31 laps with a best time of 1:38.849 putting him P2. A few minor spins aside, he said that it had been a positive day as he seeks to start closing a 36 point ahead of him to Nico Rosberg: ' It's good to be back in the car after what's felt like a pretty long wait since China.
