Magnussen & Ricciardo get updated Renault power units
Monaco Grand Prix – Renault have confirmed the introduction of their new power unit specification for Monaco, with just one driver from each team getting the upgrade. Having tested the new specification power unit successfully during last week's Barcelona test, Renault have opted to introduce the new upgrades a race earlier than previously planned. However, due to the speed of the introduction, just one updated power unit is available for each of the Renault powered teams. At the factory team, Kevin Magnussen is the driver to get the upgrade, while Red Bull's TAG Heuer upgrade goes to Daniel Ricciardo. Max Verstappen & Jolyon Palmer will use the old specification for this round....
