Hamilton praises 'gentleman' Rosberg

– Reigning World Champion Lewis Hamilton has labelled Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg a "gentleman" after he claimed victory at the Monaco Grand Prix.Hamilton was marooned behind Rosberg during the wet early phase of the race, with the German falling back from Red Bull's Daniel Ricciardo at a rate of two-three seconds per lap.Under a pre-existing agreement, Mercedes requested Rosberg improve his pace but a lack of confidence meant he was unable to do so, triggering an order to allow Hamilton past.Rosberg accepted the request and moved over, allowing Hamilton to progress into second, before the Briton profited from strategy and a mistake from Red Bull's pit crew to emerge in...
