McLaren follows suit

McLaren has divulged that they will be implementing a new Turbo into their car for Canada…. Following reports of Ferraris new power unit updates, It appears McLaren have similar plans as well.   They are adding an improved turbo to the car which cost them two tokens, with the replacements aimed at the cars harvesting efficiency, (how the car ‘harvests’ power from the Kinetic energy it gains racing around the track) improving this could potentially increase the cars track time thanks to less of a need to stop as well as improved diagnostics and faster responses from the unit. Both Alonso and Button will race with the new part making this the third new turbo for the team....
