Vandoorne able to note McLaren progress
– McLaren-Honda reserve driver Stoffel Vandoorne says he was able to note gains with the MP4-31 compared to his previous outing in the car, during in-season testing at Silverstone.Vandoorne received his third run in the car at Silverstone, having taken part in the Bahrain Grand Prix and the first in-season test session at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.Both McLaren and Honda have introduced updates across recent weeks and Vandoorne was encouraged by the progress made on the chassis and power unit fronts."The car feels quite different in a positive way," Vandoorne explained."Again when I got in the car I felt pretty positive straight away, and that's always a good...
