Esteban Ocon replaces Rio Haryanto at Manor
Rio Haryanto's F1 career appears, for the moment at least, to have stalled, as he will be replaced by Esteban Ocon for the remainder of the 2016 season. Haryanto's seat had been coming under pressure in recent weeks, due to rumours that the promised backing that would pay for his seat had failed to come through. Prior to the German Grand Prix a fortnight ago, Haryanto was only confirmed as taking part in the days coming up to the event, leading the Indonesian driver to admit to feeling relief once his participation was ensured.
