Hamilton voted 'Driver of the Day' for Spa
– Lewis Hamilton has been voted the 'Driver of the Day' for his performance at the Belgian Grand Prix, the first time the reigning World Champion has picked up the accolade.Hamilton was forced to start from 21st position at Spa-Francorchamps after Mercedes elected to fit an array of new components to his power unit.Hamilton started on the Medium tyres and moved up to fifth when the race was red-flagged following Kevin Magnussen's accident, and went on to pass Fernando Alonso and Nico Hülkenberg to take third.Eight different drivers have now won the award across the 13 rounds of the season so far.'Driver of the Day' awards in 2016:Australia - Romain Grosjean (6th)Bahrain - Romain...
