Haryanto was underrated claims Wehrlein
Rio Haryanto was axed from Manor after his funds dried up, but his highly rated teammate Pascal Wehrlein says the Indonesian driver was underrated. Speaking after qualifying, where he was partnered by rookie debutante Esteban Ocon, Wehrlein said, '[Ocon] is a very highly-rated driver and to beat him by half a second in qualifying was very good and I’m happy with that.' He added of his former teammate, now reserve at Manor, 'Maybe now you can see that Rio was actually very good and performing really well and I feel like [in qualifying at Spa] he could have done the same.'
