Massa: Qualifying pace needs work

– Felipe Massa reckons Williams has to improve its one-lap pace after a "tricky" pair of practice sessions in Singapore on Friday.Massa, who will retire from Formula 1 at the end of the season, wound up a low-key 14th, 2.7 seconds adrift of Mercedes driver Nico Rosberg.Massa is sure that Williams' long-run pace provides reason for optimism but believes it needs to make progress across the course of a single lap."You always need to work hard to understand the tyres here," he said."We have a lot to do to improve the car for the short runs, especially with the new tyres."The long run had a better feeling, I think we were quite competitive but we don't know...
