Hülkenberg: I’m very happy to join Renault
The worst kept secret in the F1 paddock is out the bag, Nico Hülkenberg will be a Renault driver in 2017 and beyond as the team and he agreed a multi-year deal to spearhead the next phase of the Frnech team's foray in Formula 1. The German began his F1 career with Williams back in 2010, was forced to take a sabbatical in 2011 as a Force India test driver before being given the drive full time in 2012 and has remained with the Vijay Mallya owned outfit since then Hülkenberg said in a statement released by Renaulr, “I’m very happy to join Renault Sport Formula One Team in 2017.
