Vettel edges Hamilton in second practice

– Sebastian Vettel edged out Lewis Hamilton during Friday afternoon's second practice session for the Mexican Grand Prix, with Ferrari and Mercedes closely matched on the Super Soft tyre compound.Vettel worked his way down to a 1:19.790 on the red-marked rubber, just four thousandths clear of Hamilton, who set the standard in FP1.Hamilton cut the gap to Vettel after an early moment at Moisés Solana, where he locked up, ran off track and appeared to run over a bird.Nico Rosberg, who holds a 26-point championship lead over Hamilton, placed third, with Kimi Räikkönen fourth, both some four tenths adrift.Interestingly, late in the session, Hamilton was heard describing a practice...
