Steiner: Gutiérrez influential in Haas journey
– Haas Team Principal says that Esteban Gutiérrez's relationship with Ferrari was influential in the outfit's progress during its rookie season in Formula 1.Gutiérrez, following an initial race stint with Sauber, spent 2015 as Ferrari's test and reserve driver, and returned to the grid with new team Haas this year.However, he has not scored a point, with only two rounds remaining, and on Friday morning confirmed that he will leave the team at the end of the campaign.Haas has since announced the signing of Kevin Magnussen alongside Romain Grosjean for 2017 and Steiner took the opportunity to commend Gutiérrez's efforts."As a brand new team, with a new car and new personnel, it...
